GoTech World, the largest expo-conference showcasing IT and digital solutions for the business environment in Central and Eastern Europe, returns on November 11–12 at Romexpo, Pavilion B1, for its 14th edition.

Over the course of two days, across 11 themed stages, local and international speakers will present the trends shaping the future of technology and business, while in the exhibition area, participants will explore solutions and innovations from over 100 companies. The 2025 edition introduces two brand-new stages, AI in Marketing & Ecommerce and Women Leading Tech, opening essential conversations about the impact of artificial intelligence in marketing and online commerce, as well as perspectives shaping the future of the tech industry.

AI & Robotics: The Driving Force of a New Era

This year’s umbrella concept focuses on the connection between Artificial Intelligence and robotics, two forces evolving together, complementing one another, and driving the new era of intelligent automation. From algorithms that make decisions and optimize complex processes to robotic systems that turn these calculations into real-world actions, the AI–robotics partnership is becoming the engine of profound industry transformation.

Artificial Intelligence has become the foundation upon which new business models and organizational development strategies are already being built. From this perspective, GoTech World assumes the role of a regional innovation hub – a setting where business leaders and tech professionals can identify the most relevant trends, access applied solutions tailored to their companies’ needs, and build long-term partnerships with real impact. The 2025 edition continues our mission of showcasing new technologies that support company growth, streamline processes, and provide a unique space for dialogue and collaboration, essential for accelerating digital transformation in Central and Eastern Europe.”, said Alexandru Măxineanu, Managing Partner, Universum Expo.

Participation and Highlights

Organizers expect over 15,000 participants this year (including more than 7,000 C-level executives) who will be able to explore the stands of more than 100 exhibitors and interact directly with company representatives. The event will feature 11 themed stages covering key areas in tech: Main Stage, Sustainability Stage, Cybersecurity Stage, AI Stage, Software Architecture Stage, DevOps Stage, Business Transformation Stage, Build.AI Stage, Product & UX/UI Stage, and the two premieres – AI in Marketing & Ecommerce and Women Leading Tech.

These additions will provide fresh insights into the digital future, highlighting both the role of AI in business transformation and the importance of diversity and female leadership in the industry.

Orange Business as Main Partner

As in previous editions, GoTech World is supported by strategic partners, like Orange Business, this year’s main partner, that reaffirms its commitment to supporting Romanian businesses with next-generation IT and communications solutions.

The true value of technology emerges when we meet face-to-face, engage in open dialogue, and find real answers to companies’ needs. This is precisely why we chose to be the main partner of GoTech World, because it is not just a tech event, but a space for authentic dialogue between industry leaders and those shaping the digital future. At the Orange Business stand, we invite all participants to experience our solutions firsthand, talk to our leadership team, and join interactive sessions addressing pressing topics such as cybersecurity, efficiency, and cloud control. We believe a connected and secure business needs partners who provide openness and transparency, commitments we continue to uphold.”, said Florin Popa, Director, Orange Business.

GoTech World: Regional Hub for Innovation

The agenda for the 2025 edition is extensive, featuring over 120 content sessions delivered by 135+ top speakers, both local and international. Topics will cover a wide spectrum: Europe’s digital resilience, the impact of AI on society and business, cybersecurity in a geopolitical context, sustainability as a growth strategy, and the latest software architectures accelerating digital transformation.

Artificial Intelligence will play a central role, explored through both essential concepts such as Explainable AI (XAI) and intelligent agents, as well as concrete applications in marketing, e-commerce, and customer experience personalization. Other agenda highlights include Zero Trust architecture, DevSecOps, sustainable supply chains, the balance between technology and well-being, and the importance of diversity and female leadership in AI and robotics.

The program also touches on wearable devices, the latest gadgets, and gamification trends that are redefining how we interact with technology. By combining insights, practical sessions, and expert perspectives, GoTech World strengthens its position as the regional innovation hub and meeting point for business leaders, professionals, and tech companies.
